1. What can you buy form us?
Smoke accessories,led grow jar,hemp grow light, cannabis peripheral product such as clothing, hats, necklaces, vape,etc
2. What’s your MOQ?
Generally, we accept 500 pieces as a minimum for custom-designed smoking accessories.
Whenever possible, we try to work with our clients on lowering the MOQ’s. Just ask your account manager for details.
3.Can i customization my logo?
Yes, the size, color, logo, even the design can be customized.If you need please feel free to contact us.
4. How do I order samples?
Just request a sample from your sales representative. Depending on whether or not we have stock, samples can take up to 2-3 weeks in most cases
5. How long does it take to produce goods?
Samples generally take 2-3 weeks, and production will take 30-45 days depending on the quantity and time of year. Shipping from China to the US takes about 30 days by ocean or about a week by air.
6. How do you ensure your products are safe?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment.
7. How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
